This new office building on North Forest in Amherst boasts several LEED and sustainable elements. Our site design work includes plants selected for the limiting soil conditions in Amherst, as well as limited watering practices. The main entry to the building provides a serene forecourt to the lobby space and includes quite café seating areas and a variety of textures and plant materials not often seen at an office building entry in WNY.

The plantings for the parking areas include hybrid Elm trees, and the meadow areas surround the base of the building hearken back to the early days of Amherst’s development as a community.
