Ashland Advanced Materials has redeveloped the industrial property at Niagara Falls Boulevard into a clean graphite manufacturing facility. The site improvements created a strong buffer along the road way, as well as developing the parking areas to have large tree islands. Because pedestrian safety in the parking lot was also a prime concern for the owner crosswalks and lighting were added to enhance the pedestrian experience. An upper parking area was added to accommodate handicap accessibility as well.
